JANUARY 2025 PRAYERS

This is the first month in the year 2025, hence it is a month that requires the full presence and direction of God to lead you through the rest of the month.

Here are some prayers that can be prayed in January 2025.

1. Lord, as I enter 2025, I ask for Your guidance and wisdom in every decision I make. Lead me on the path that You have prepared, and give me the discernment to follow Your will.

Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.

2. Father, I pray that in this year 2025, I will grow closer to You than ever before. Draw my heart into deeper fellowship with You. May my relationship with You be the foundation for everything I do this year.

James 4:8: Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.

3. Lord, I pray for Your hand of healing over my life and the lives of my loved ones in 2025. Strengthen my body, mind, and spirit, and restore anything that is broken. Let this be a year of good health, both physically, emotionally and Spiritually.

Jeremiah 30:17:  But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord.

4. Lord, I commit my finances to You as I enter 2025. I ask for Your provision and blessings over my work, my business, and all my endeavours. Open doors of opportunity and grant me favour in all that I do.

Philippians 4:19: And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.

FEBRUARY  2025 PRAYERS

This is the second month of the year. Year 2025 is still new and here are some prayers that are good for this month.

1. Father, help me to trust in Your plan for my life and not rely on my own understanding throughout the journey of 2025. Help me to hold on to your promises for my life in this year 2025.

Psalm 143:8: Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

2.  Help me to prioritize time with You through prayer, worship, and reading Your word so that I will walk in perfection to the glory of Your name in this year 2025.

2 Timothy 3: 16-17: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

3. Lord, I pray for Your peace and joy to fill my heart throughout 2025. In every situation, may I experience the calm assurance that comes from knowing You are in control.

Psalm 29:11: The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.

4. Heavenly Father, I lift up my family and loved ones to You in this year 2025. Bless my loved ones with Your grace, protection, and favor. The Lord strengthens our bonds and helps us to grow in love and unity.

Joshua 24:15: As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.

5. Lord, Breathe in me Your Holy Spirit that my thoughts may be after your kingdom in this year 2025. Act in me Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.

MARCH  2025 PRAYERS

This is the 3rd Month in the year 2025 as well as the Month that marks the end of the first quarter in 2025. March gives the opportunity for individuals to reflect on the achievement or otherwise of the past three months and to re-strategies and re-plan for the remaining months of the year.

Hence the following prayers are necessary in March.

1. Father, Thank You for Your faithfulness in the past months and Your promises for the future. Help me maintain an attitude of thanksgiving throughout this year, regardless of the situation and circumstances that may surround the remainder of this year.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: Rejoice evermore.  Pray without ceasing.  In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

2. Lord, I believe that all things are working together for my good in 2025. I pray for breakthroughs in every area where I have felt stuck or limited.

Romans 8:28: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, who are called according to his purpose.

3. Father, open doors that no man can shut for me and my loved ones in this year 2025, and bring new opportunities for growth and advancement. Let Your favour go before me and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Isaiah 43:19: See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

4. Father, I thank You for the promises You have spoken over my life In 2025, I choose to stand firm in faith, believing that every promise You have made will come to pass.

2 Corinthians 1:20: For no matter how many promises God has made, they are Yes in Christ. And so through Him the Amen is spoken by us to the glory of God.

5. Father, I trust You to heal any areas of pain or struggle in my life, and I place the well-being of my loved ones in Your hands. Strengthen them and give them power to overcome challenges that they may face as they expand in 2025

3 John 1:2: Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

APRIL 2025 PRAYERS

This is the 4th month in the year 2025, and the start of the second quarter of the year. This month is full of its good and bad however through prayers the evils can be reverted.

1. Father, as I enter into the 2nd quarter in the year 2025, Let your joy be my strength, and help me to walk in peace even when faced with challenges. May Your presence be my source of comfort and hope this year.

Psalm 29:11: The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.

2. Father the first quarter is gone in 2025 and with it any regrets, mistakes, or failures I may have experienced. Guide me through this quarter and restore me that your name alone will be glorified.

Joel 2:25: And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

3. Father, I pray for Your divine protection over my life and the lives of my loved ones throughout 2025. Guard our going out and coming in, and keep us safe from every danger, seen and unseen.

Happy New Year Prayers And Wishes 2025 (January – December)

Psalm 121:7-8: The Lord will keep you from all harm. He will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

4. Father, help me not to lean on my own understanding in this 2nd quarter of 2025 but in everything acknowledge You so that You can direct my words, thoughts, and actions. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.

5. Father shine your light through me and let it be so in me that every soul I come in contact with may feel Thy presence in my soul. Let them look up and see no longer me but only you that they may give glory to your name.

MAY 2025 PRAYERS

Here is the month of May, the 5th month of 2025.

1.  Father, I thank You for the countless blessings You have poured into my life over the past months.  Help me to understand that every good and perfect gift comes from You, so that I will not boast of myself this year.

James 1:17. Every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

2. Father, I long for You more than gold or silver. Nothing else could ever satisfy my soul. Show me the beauty of Your holiness.

Psalms 51:10: Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

3.  Father, as the year 2025 deepens; help me trust in Your perfect timing. When things don’t go according to my plan, grant me the patience to wait for Your divine schedule. Let me find peace in knowing that You order all things beautifully in Your time.

Ecclesiastes 3:11: He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

4.  Father I pray that in life’s troubles and challenges, help me to find rest in Your presence. Teach me to be still and to know that You are God.

Psalm 46:10: Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

5. Father As I move deeper into 2025, I shall become more successful than ever before. Heavenly Father, I challenge every backwardness and bad luck in my life.

Ezekiel 36:11. And I will multiply upon you man and beast, and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

JUNE 2025 PRAYERS

The month of June is also very powerful as it is the month that ends the 2nd quarter of the year, it is also the month that marks the end of the 1st half of the year. And as such individuals usually sit back to review the first half of the year as well as to project into the 2nd half of the year.

Here are some prayers for the month of June.

1. Father, thank you for all that you’ve allowed into our lives these past months, the good along with the hard things, which have reminded us how much we need you and rely on your presence filling us every single day. We pray for your Spirit to lead us each step as we look forward to the 2nd half of the Year 2025.

Psalms 37:4-5: Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

2. Father, I pray that you will uphold me with your righteous right hand. Help me to hold on to your promises. Help me to believe in you that your promises can never fail.

Isaiah 41:10. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

3.  Father I believe that all good and perfect things come from you, so, I receive every good thing embedded in June and beyond in Jesus name. Lord, I seek Your guidance in every decision I make in this new month of November.

Psalms 19:21: There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

4. Father, I pray that as I complete the 1st half of the year 2025 and long for the 2nd half of the year You will help me to trust in Your promises and to have faith in Your goodness and faithfulness.

2 Corinthians 5:7: For we walk by faith, not by sight

5. Father, help me to understand and trust Your plans for my life and to walk in the path You have set before me in this year. Help me not to turn to the right or left away from your plan for my life and my family.

Happy New Year Prayers And Wishes 2025 (January – December)

Jeremiah 29:11. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

JULY 2025 PRAYERS

1. Father of new beginnings, I thank You for this fresh start as I enter the 2nd half of the year 2025. As I begin this 2nd phase, help me release what needs to be left behind and embrace the new things You have in store. Let Your light guide my path forward throughout the remaining months of this year.

Isaiah 43:18-19: Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

2.  Father I pray that the blessings that are due to me from the start of this year that I have not received let them come speedily.

Psalms 143:7-8: Answer me speedily, O LORD; My spirit fails! Do not hide Your face from me, Lest I be like those who go down into the pit. Cause me to hear Your loving-kindness in the morning, For in You do I trust; Cause me to know how I should walk, For I lift up my soul to You.

3. Father in July, I ask for Your joy, peace and hope to fill my heart. Let Your joy give me strength because your Word tells me that the joy of the Lord is my strength and I desire to experience that joy each day of this month and the rest month of this year.

Nehemiah 8:10. Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

4. Father, I pray that you will fill my empty vessel. I am weak in the faith; strengthen me. I am cold in love; warm me and make me fervent, that my love may go out to my neighbour. I do not have a strong and firm faith; at times I doubt and am unable to trust you altogether. Father, help my faith.

Mark 9:24: And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

5. “Father, make the 2nd half of the year 2025 a season of profound spiritual growth. Help me to abide in you and develop a more intimate relationship with You as I begin this new 2nd phase of 2025.

John 15:5: I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

AUGUST 2025 PRAYERS

1. Father, help me. Strengthen my faith and trust in you. In you, I have sealed the treasure of all I have. I am poor; you are rich and came to be merciful to the poor. I am a sinner; you are upright. Therefore help me to remain with you, for the rest of this year.

Psalms 92: 12-13: The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.

2. Father, I desire to grow closer to You and to deepen my relationship with You for the rest of this year.  I long to know You more and to experience the fullness of Your love and grace. Help me Lord to draw closer to You each day that remains in the year 2025.

James 4:8. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.

3. Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of the past month and I bless you for many opportunities in this new month of August. As I start this month, I pray for wisdom to recognize and courage to embrace the opportunities You bring my way.

Galatians 6:10: As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

4. Heavenly Father, I thank you for everything you have done for me and my family from the first day of the month of August till this day. I pray that you will continue to bless us with peace of mind, a sound mind, and calmness of mind, all through this month and the remaining months of this year.

Psalm 103:1-2. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

5. Lord, thank You for the people You have divinely placed in my life who speak holy truth, love and words of wisdom. Give me a heart of discernment to know when You are using someone to speak instruction into my heart and my circumstances and give me the strength and courage to follow through with that advice, even when it’s hard.

SEPTEMBER 2025 PRAYERS

1. Father, Thank you for making all things new. I ask that you will guide my decisions and turn my heart to deeply desire you above all else. I ask that you will open doors that need to be opened and close the ones that need to be shut tight. I ask that you help us release my grip on the things to which you have said no, not yet, or wait.

Matthew 6-33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

2. Father, I pray that this month please go before me and level every mountain; level every obstacle and hindrance to my spiritual, financial, educational and marital progress. Father, secure my portion this month of September.

Happy New Year Prayers And Wishes 2025 (January – December)

Isaiah 45:2-3: I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.

3. Father, I pray against every satanic utterance against my life and family this month. Lord, I destroy every utterance that is against the plan of God for my life this month, in the name of Jesus.

Lamentations 3:37: Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass when the Lord commandeth it not?.

4. Father of steadfast love, I pray that as the year is coming to an end, teach me to walk in Your ways. Grant me the wisdom to show mercy, the strength to forgive, and the grace to love others as You love me. Help me become a channel of Your compassion in this world. In Jesus name.

Lamentation 3:22-23: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

5. Lord, as nine is the number of the Holy Spirit’s gifts, may every gift, aptitude, talent, and potential You have placed in me be awakened this month. Do not let any of the good gifts You have given me go unused.

1 Corinthians 12:7-11: The Spirit gives each person a manifestation for the common good, including the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, the working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, and various kinds of tongues.

OCTOBER  2025 PRAYERS

1. Father, by Your kindness and great love, bring an end to every wilderness scenario in my life, family, church, and nation. Put an end to the drought and barrenness in our lives and land. Let every empty, dry, wilderness scenario become source of blessings and wealth.

Psalm 37:9: For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.

2. This month, Father, shower your blessings on me and every member of my family. Lord, may Your favour provide us answers to our requests. O Lord, fill our life with long-awaited blessings.

Genesis 12:3. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.

3. Thank you, Lord, for our nation. Thank You that our country has not been destroyed by wars, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, or droughts. Thank You that when the adversary descended like a flood to divide, disrupt, and scatter our nation, You erected a standard against the enemy’s wicked planning.

Psalm 122:6: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

4. Lord, You are the One who makes nations great and destroys them; You are the One who expands and governs them. Father, please make our country great again. Increase our nation’s righteousness, justice, fairness, and fear of God.

Job 12:23-25 – He makes nations great, and destroys them; he enlarges nations, and disperses them.

5. O Lord, My Father, this October open the floodgates of heaven and give me a blessing that will change my name and story. Go before me O Lord and break to pieces every gate of brass resisting Your plan and purpose for my life.

Revelation 3:8: I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.

NOVEMBER  2025 PRAYERS

1. Thank You, Faithful Father, for bringing me to the 11th month of this year. Thank You for all of the disasters and catastrophes You have kindly spared me, my family, my country, and all of my loved ones since the beginning of this year.

Psalm 7:17: I will give to the Lord the thanks due to his righteousness, and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord, the Most High.

2. Lord God, You are My Restorer. As I look to You and call upon You in the place of prayer, please restore me back to your original plan.

Joel 2:25: I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, my great army which I sent among you.

3. Father, help me with more than I need this Month of November so that I won’t know any form of lack in my life.

4. Father Illuminates my path and grants me wisdom to navigate the challenges ahead in the new year.

Psalm 32:8: I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.

5. Father, thank you for your healing power in my life. Thank You because I know the devil’s plans of sicknesses in my life were thwarted by your power. I do not take it for granted. Thank You, Lord, in the name of Jesus.

Isaiah 53:5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes, we are healed.
