Our health and overall well-being are significantly influenced by our habits. Because most of the behaviors we exhibit on a regular basis have been shown to have an impact on life, we need to be highly aware of them. Numerous studies have been conducted throughout the years on the various good and bad habits that people exhibit on a regular basis, which is why I’ll be discussing 4 negative habits in this post that could cause early death.
1. Smoking
The habit of smoking has been found to be one of the worst types of habits that a person could portray on a regular basis. Studies show that smoking is one bad habit that could lead to early death as it could cause a number of things. This includes cancer, heart diseases, kidney and may even affect brain health. Smoking generally speeds up ageing as it damages a lot of organs in the body including the cells themselves.
2. Hard Drugs
Just like smoking, people are addicted to taking marijuana, cocaine and other hard substances that destroy the human body. When you see people that live on these drugs they don’t last long. Their life is at risk and speedily loses their grip. Say No to Drugs for your sanity and longevity.
3. Drinking alcohol

4. Reckless Sedentary lifestyle
A Sedentary lifestyle entails spending the entire day at one location, doing nothing but eating and watching television. One of the main risk factors for many diseases is this lifestyle. This is due to the fact that it encourages obesity, a major risk factor for diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
5. Overthinking And Worry
Too much worry could increase your risk of developing high blood pressure or heart disease, both of which could decrease your life span if improperly handled.
6. Crime
When you engage in criminal activities and dangerous practices, you are prone to cutting your life short in a matter of time. Criminals are uncertain about a long and fulfilled life because this can be taken from them at any given time, especially when they involve weapons or combat with forces.
7. Gluttony
Majority of what kills a man is what goes in through his mouth. Gluttony is an abomination before God Proverbs 28:7 A discerning son heeds instruction, but a companion of gluttons disgraces his father. When you eat recklessly without caution, you put your life at risk. Be cautious of what goes into your system this can lead to an early grave. Not everything that meets the eyes is good for the body.
