Fountain of Life Church Pastor Odukoya Loses Wife To Cancer

The Presiding Pastor of the Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya loses another wife, Nomthi Odukoya,  after two years of battlling cancer. The South African wife of the pastor, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, became the wife of the senior pastor after the death of his first wife, Pastor Mrs Bimbo Odukoya, in a plane crash in 2005.

However, five years after the death of Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, and with the love and support from friends and family, Pastor Odukoya married a South African, Nomthi, on January 5 2010 and their marriage was blessed with two children.

However, for the past two years, Late Pastor Nomthi Odukoya had been battling cancer which eventually claimed her life.

Pastor Odukoya announced the death of his wife on his Instagram page.

“With deep regret and gratitude to God, I have to announce the passing of my wife, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya.

“She battled cancer for the better part of two years, she stood on the Word of God and she fought.

“She gave me 11 beautiful years of marriage and two wonderful boys, who I know will be very significant in life.”

Also according to a statement by the Fountain of Life on Tuesday evening, the wife of the Senior pastor succumbed to cancer at an undisclosed hospital.

According to the statement: “With deep regret and gratitude to God, we have to announce the passing of our Senior Pastor’s wife, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya.

“She battled cancer for the better part of two years, she stood on the Word of God, and she fought.

“We loved her with all our heart, but who are we to fight with the will of God.
The truth is, at one point in our lives, we all will have to say goodbye. So for now, till we meet again in glory, Goodbye Pastor Nomthi.”
