ABOUT THE AUTHOR: SMITH WIGLESWORTH

Smith Wigglesworth, commonly known as the Apostle of Faith was born on the 8th of June, 1859 in Yorkshire, England. Being born into a poor family, as a young child, he laboured in factories to help provide for his family, and this resulted in him being illiterate.

He was born again at age 8 and grew up as a Methodist. On regular occasions, his parents took him to Methodist and Anglican churches. He also worked as a plumber but later abandoned it in 1907 when he began preaching.
