The social giant has even responded to this effect with international bodies and organizations alike.   This new law by the Federal Government came into being after Twitter recently deleted the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari’s tweet on Twitter.

After the law was enacted, Pastor Adeboye the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, made a tweet on Twitter which caused several reactions from Nigerians.

Pastor Adeboye made the tweet at 2:13 am, after the Telecommunication networks had put into fruition the suspension made by The Federal Government as regards the use of Twitter in Nigeria.
